This week is all about sharing about teapots. Do you have one? two? or three? maybe more? Is it for display only or do you use it for tea? What is the tea server you use most? Your favorite teapot (or is it something like a quart jar?). Tell your teapot story, give it's history, and tell what it means to you. You can share more than once if you'd like. Antique, new, Asian, English, or something in between --- we'd love to know!
An aside--The last piece I purchased was the tall heart-shaped vase. My husband knows I love roses, and now, when he buys them on special occasions, he brings home a varied bouquet to match my vase!
A special thank you is extended to La Tea Dah at Gracious Hospitality for hosting the Tea Blog-a-thon. I wasn't able to participate in all the categories, but enjoyed being a part of several. Thank you for all the hard work!

What a beautiful picture! Old Country Roses is such a beautiful classic, isn't it? Your teacart is such an appropriate place to display your tea set and I love how you placed it in front of the window! Thank you for sharing!
HAve a lovely day!
Your tea set is absolutely beautiful. I love the flowers. My dream is to someday own one myself. I like how you keep it on display on a tea cart. It's just lovely.
Love all your Old Country Roses items and the teacart! What a perfect way to display these beauties...
I feel right at home with your post, as Old Country Roses is my pattern as well. It was started by my grandfather --- who passed his pieces along to my mother. Now they are mine and I've ended up with TWO teapots and one coffee pot in this pattern, but I don't mind --- it just gives me more choices for tea flavors. LOL! I've enjoyed all your posts and thank you for participating in our blog-a-thon. We've been having some trouble with Mr Linky this week. Some people can't read the links in the far right-hand column. Would you mind re-linking to the smaller (just posted) Mr. Linky that I added under the old one? Once you've done that I will delete your link from the one that can't be read. Sorry to be a bother, but I don't want anyone to miss your blog!
Enjoy a lovely day!

Old Country Roses is one of my favorites, too! It's just so vibrant.
I saw this one in a store today and wish I'd had the funds to add it to my collection. It's so elegant!
It's lovely and I am smiling over your husband's buying a mixed bouquet of roses for your vase. How sweet!
Your tea set on the tea cart is so beautiful. I like how the roses match. I would LOVE to have a tea cart. So pretty!
I love this pattern! My aunt has this same pattern on her china and we have often taken tea from the same lovely pot that you have. Thank you for sharing. The tea cart showcases your collection so well.
Old Country Roses is my favorite pattern! Alas all I have is a tea saucer in that pattern, but I can enjoy them anytime by looking at yours! Thanks for sharing.
Hi Karen,
Don't you just love Old Country Roses? My husband and I chose it as our wedding china. I love the colors. You have such a beautiful way of displaying all your treasures.
Have a wonderful day!
Cori
I also have admired the OCR pattern. I had never seen the heart vase before. How wonderful that your husband chooses roses to coordinate with the china.
Old Country Roses is such a beautiful pattern...a real classic. I really enjoyed seeing your collection and you've displayed it beautifully.

Old Country Roses was my grandmother's pattern...and when she passed away, each granddaughter got a piece or two of her set. So I treasure my Old Country Rose cup & saucer...and maybe I'll add more one day! Yours looks lovely on your tea wagon.
Thanks for the visit!
What a pretty collection!
Hello Karen,
Thank you for stopping by my blog and leaving the kind comment! Of course I had to come by and visit you...
You have a really nice Royal Albert set as well!! It's a wonderful feeling being able to enjoy beautiful dishes, isn't it?
What a lovely set. It looks so pretty just waiting there...
