Blog Tea Party

Welcome to my contribution to the Blog Tea Party hosted by Jan of Jan & Tom's Place, a new blogging tea friend. I set up an Afternoon Tea For Two for my daughter and me. I brewed a pot of our favorite, English Afternoon Tea and served dainty little cakes.

The tea cozy is my latest creation--just finished it yesterday afternoon. I wasn't completely satisfied with the look of my previous effort over the weekend and made a revision or two...

I love using tea cups from my collection. These are two of my favorites. The sugar and creamer are crystal from my grandmother. They add such an elegant touch!

Pink Friday at Make Mine Pink

Tomorrow is Pink Friday at MMP. This week's theme is one of my favorites--Romantically Roses. Be sure to stop in early on Friday morning. I will be putting several new OOAK on the site early Friday morning --perhaps very early ;). As usual, everything listed will be sold on a first come, first served basis. In addition to the new items, I will have some of my current rose-themed listings priced at special event pricing for Friday only. At midnight, the prices will go back up. Pink Friday Sneak Peek

Yesterday I mentioned that I would have some new OOAK items for Make Mine Pink's Pink Friday Event (see sidebar for more info.). I gave you just a glimpse of one of my never-seen-before new product designs. Here's another peek. See if you can guess what it is...

Show and Tell Monday at Make Mine Pink

It's Monday again and time for Show and Tell! I have been working all weekend on some very special projects. On Fridays, the Boutiques at Make Mine Pink feature a coordinated shopping experience with a theme--Pink Fridays-- an all new approach to Internet shopping. This week's theme is "Romantically Roses". I love tea and I love roses and try to combine them in my shop as often as I can! That being said, this is a sneak peek of two of the fabrics I am working with (there are several more):
