I have been busy with family things this weekend--travelled to College Station to go to my nieces' graduation party--one from high school and one from college. Then, I had to turn around and head home for a bridal shower--the first of this generation... I wish I had pictures to show, but I don't.
However, I do have a new Tea Cup Tote that I finished last week. I have had the fabric for awhile, but just never had made anything with it. Last week, I ran across it again and decided it needed to be a Tea Cup Tote. This one is OOAK. Have a look:
Definitely special fabric. It's so pretty, you do such amazing work. I really like that little pocket idea.

Your teacup tote is absolutely gorgeous.... I've never seen anything like it.....you surely are a talented designer.
ReplyDeleteThat is such a great idea. I use sweet&low and lot of resturants don't carry it so I am always fishing in my purse for some. Ohhh, maybe a personalized tea caddy would be a nice idea!
ReplyDeleteSo pretty and feminine! Love it, thanks for sharing Karen! You always have such pretty things.

Oh how I wish my Moma could see this, she always carried a fine china cup in her handbag when she went out to dinner. She carried it in a velvet bag. I thought she was nutty but she just loved the feel of a good china cup. It had to feel just right on her lips. That was my moma. She would have loved this carrier.
ReplyDeleteNice work. Lilli

Karen,
ReplyDeleteI wish I could sew like that. Alas, it is not meant to be. Love the pocket with the tea bags peeking out. The fabric is beautiful. People need beauty around them. I really believe this.
